DJI Care Refresh can be bound to a previously purchased DJI product within 30 days of purchase. Please note that DJI Care Refresh is only eligible in the region where it is purchased. To ensure that you can enjoy the service normally, DJI Care Refresh and the corresponding product must be purchased from the same country or region.
Product Replacement
If damage occurs to the product during normal use or from an accident, after completing the replacement service process, you can obtain a functional product from DJI. Please note that a replacement fee is required for product replacement.

Global service and support grants access to replacement or repair service at any DJI-authorized repair center across the globe after confirming product eligibility.
