Through the years, the ‘55 Chev has remained a gearhead favorite and your Monogram model represents the ultimate version of this famous street machine. The classic lines of the original Bel Air® remain unchanged, but the front bumper has been removed to reduce weight. The front end has been “jacked up,” and a lightweight tube axle with leaf springs handles the steering chores. A GMC® 6-71 blower adds extra “GO” to the small-block V-8. The custom interior sports “tough” bucket seats and that all-important roll bar. Wide street tires mount on slotted mags, and the stock grille and hood ornament help accent the beautiful paint. This 1:24 scale kit features a 327 c.i. V-8 engine with blower, a choice of slotted mag or five-spoke wheels, detailed interior with bucket seats and roll bar and straight tube front axle and ladder bars.
